8 outlet battery backup system features 459 joules of surge protection and Emergency Power Off.
Description:
Temperature-compensated battery charging prolongs battery life and adds reliability. Boost Automatic Voltage Regulation gives higher application availability by correcting low and high voltage conditions without using the battery. Generator compatible ensures clean, uninterrupted power to protected equipment when generator power is used. Power conditioning protects connected loads from surges, spikes, lightning, and other disturbances. Network manageable via included PowerChute software or APC Network Management Card to monitor and control the UPS remotely. Audible alarms let you know if the unit is on battery, if the battery is low, or if there is an overload condition. Disconnected battery notification warns when a battery is not available to provide backup power. Hot-swappable batteries deliver clean, uninterrupted power to protected equipment while batteries are being replaced. Resettable circuit breakers allow for quick recovery from UPS overload events. Adjustable voltage-transfer points saves battery power and helps extend battery life.
