Description:
Rigid, boldly colored Smead vinyl top-tab out guides make it easy to keep everyone apprised of important paperwork's availability. Every time you remove files, insert letter-size (8 1/2" x 11") top-tab out guides to let others know that the documents are currently unavailable.
- Large pocket temporarily holds full-sized documents to be filed in the folder when it is returned.
- Small 5" wide x 3" high pocket can hold a charge-out guide. Charge -out guide not included.
- Translucent, nonglare vinyl pockets are welded to back panel.
- 1/2" high tabs in 1/5 cut center position are embossed with the word "OUT".
- Made of 15 vinyl stock.
- Bright red box of 50 top-tab out guides provides enough for every file.
